Terms & Conditions:
We provide these Terms & Conditions to you as a user of Elite Group Travel Honeymoon Registry. By accessing, using or registering to become a member of our Honeymoon Registry you acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers, terms and conditions set forth below and accept Elite Group Travel Honeymoon Registry "as is." Please read the following carefully:
  1. The Elite Group Travel Honeymoon Registry is for travel and related activities booked through Elite Group Travel.
  2. The Elite Group Travel Honeymoon Registry is FREE to our honeymoon clients. Money received can only be used on trips and/or cruises and activities booked through Elite Group Travel for your honeymoon or anniversary.
  3. Money cannot be refunded to the gift giver but if for some reason your plans change then they are saved for future travel to be used within one year of the original date. Once a trip is booked and plane tickets are purchased then you cannot cancel your trip, without penalties which are dependent upon the wholesaler and the airline companies involved.
  4. All amounts given are in US currency.
  5. We consider all information collected for the purpose of gift giving confidential. Elite Group Travel does not sell or give contact information to other businesses or individuals.
  6. All credit card information given via Pay Pal or through Merchant Accounts is secure and safe and all funds received are put on the travel accounts of the clients of Elite Group Travel for which they are specified.
  7. You have 3 options for paying.
    a) Pay Pal: You can either pay through a Pal Pal Account and click on that and follow the instructions. You must have a Pay Pal Account to use this option or set-up one. It is easy and FREE!
    b) Credit Card: You can pay using a Credit/Debit card. Payments will be processed by Cartagena, Fontenot & Matheny Enterprises. All payments are secure. Your credit card will show CFM Enterprises for its charges.
    c) Call the offices: Alternatively, please call (972) 929-0289 to make a purchase by phone or to mail a check to the offices.
    All Payments are charged a 5% Service Charge.
  8. It is the responsibility of the traveler to have their passports, be on time, and have the correct documents. Elite Group Travel has purchased your trip and activities through wholesalers of travel companies and/or including cruise lines. Each company has restrictions and policies concerning travel with their companies including refund and cancellation policies. Elite Group Travel does not give refunds.
  9. Elite Group Travel is a seller of travel. We are not responsible for any changes in the cruise lines, tour operators, delayed flight arrangements, missed connections, changes in flight arrangements,lost luggage, late transfers, rate changes, fuel supplements, scheduled events, weather or activities which may be subject to change or cause undo stress and expenses during travel.
  10. As a travel agency we always recommend that our clients purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is not "I'm having a bad hair day and want to cancel." There are reasons that you can cancel but all of those qualifications are determined by the insurance companies you purchase from and not the travel agency. Please be aware of this and get a quote that would cover any flight delays, lost luggage, medical emergencies, sicknesses, death or other unforeseen changes in your travel plans.
  11. Elite Group Travel reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice to the member, but such changes will be effective only when they are posted to the Terms of Use section of Elite Group Travel. We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time.
  12. All Members accounts will stay up on the web site for 30 days after the honeymoon or anniversary is taken. This gives people opportunity to give toward the trip if they have not had a chance to do so until that time. The couple will be given any refund that is due to them for any unpaid balances in either check or services rendered. If it is given while on their honeymoon we will try and contact the resort or cruise lines to add to the value of your trip if possible.
  13. Any taxes that are due for travel have been added into your trip cost from the wholesaler or cruise line that we purchase the trip from for you. We do not hold on to money to pay taxes as they are paid directly to the vendors.
