1) Plan your Trip:

Where do you want to go on your honeymoon? Maybe you have always dreamed of Tahiti or the South Pacific. Maybe you would like Europe and a Mediterranean cruise. We can help if you have a limited budget and need to plan a trip that will fit your financial situation.

We need to know the following:

  1. When is the wedding?
  2. When are you going on your honeymoon?
  3. How long can you be gone?
  4. What do you want to do on your honeymoon? Mountains, beach, cruise, ect.
  5. What kind of budget do you have to work with?

You may not know the answers to all of these questions but our Honeymoon Specialists are here to assist you to come up with the perfect trip for your honeymoon.

2) Register Your Honeymoon:

Go online at The Elite Group Travel Honeymoon Registry web site and register your honeymoon by customizing your own FREE honeymoon web page. You can start the page and then if you need help, please contact your honeymoon specialist and they will be glad to assist you in working on your page. You can also add extra things later to your honeymoon registry.

You will need the following when you do this:

  1. A picture of you as a couple
  2. Your date of the wedding and where
  3. Where you want to go on your honeymoon
  4. Any extra's you may want to add to your trip like snorkeling, kayaking, spa treatments or a candlelight dinner on the beach.
  5. Any extra pictures of the destination you have chosen like the hotel, local attractions or day trips.

3) Tell everyone where you are registered.

A) Your honeymoon specialist will design an Email that you can send out to your family and friends with your picture, the date, and the web site address. This will be an invitation to let them know that you are registered on the site and that they should check it out. You are also welcome to post it on Facebook and direct them to the site with your information. Spt_hm_gift
B) We have printed cards to send you that can be included in with the mailing of your wedding initiations. These cards are the size of regular business cards and direct them to the web site.

4) Take your Romantic Honeymoon

Finally all the work for the wedding and the honeymoon has paid off. All your documents are together, you have your passports, you have a copy of your wedding certificate, and everything is in place. It is time to go, relax and enjoy you.

After the gifts start coming in:

  1. Your friends & Family giving you a gift:

    You're Friends and family will go online and give you a gift through The Elite Group Travel Honeymoon Registry.

    They will have the option of sending you a "Congratulations!" automatic email that they have purchased this gift for you or the option to keep it a secret.* They may want to give you a card at a shower or party with the announcement of the gift at that time instead.

    The person giving the gift will receive an email confirming the purchase of the gift, and the total price.
  2. Thank You's:

    Three weeks before your wedding you will be sent a copy of the list of the purchased gifts and the names of those who gave them with all their contact information. The one exception is those guests who gave in private.* This is made available to you to assist you in sending "Thank you notes!."
